Bad Dog Burger

 

 

 A favorite when we had the Bad Dog Grill! We sold thousands of these burgers! A little different than the normal but always plump and tasty!! 

Bad Dog Burger Recipe 

2lbs Lean Ground Beef 

2 Eggs 

1/2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs 

¼ cups Milk 

1 tsp Black Pepper 

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp Seasoning Salt 

 

Mix well and form into 8oz burgers and chill completely.
Grill to favorite doneness. You can chill, bag and freeze these. Great for cookouts!
