Orange Chipotle Mayo
One of the recipes from when we ran The Bad Dog Grill in Saint Louis. This was a favorite for many customers for dipping Sweet Potato Fries and more!
4 cups Mayonnaise
There are 2 options depending on what spices you have access to.
1/4 cup Penzey's Mural of Flavor Seasoning
1/4 cup Penzey's Northwoods Fire Seasoning
or
1/2 cup Orange Chipotle Seasoning or Mrs Dash Chipotle Seasoning
1/4 cup Chipotle Tabasco
juice from 1 lime
Add all ingredients and mix well and store in fridge.
