Queso Sauce
Another popular sauce for both chips and burgers! Mix up ahead of time then just heat it up when ready!
Queso Sauce
1 #10 can Cheddar Sauce
3 cups Velveeta (or Golden) block cheese cut into cubes
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup jalapeno juice
½ cup salt free Cajun seasoning
¼ cup chipotle Tabasco
3 cups milk (may need a little more if too thick)
Mix everything and cook over low flame til well blended. Chill, put into storage container.
