Sweet and Sauerkraut
This is a great make ahead recipe! Perfect for cookouts and picnics because with no mayonnaise it runs almost no risk of going bad!
Sweet & Sour Coleslaw
4 Cans Bavarian (Sweet) Sauerkraut
2 bags Coleslaw Mix
1 bag onion pepper mix
1 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
1 1/2 cups Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 cups Sugar
Bring to boil 1 cup oil, 1 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 1/2 cups sugar and pour over cabbage, onion and peppers. Stir at least once a day.
