Sis boom ba Chicken Pasta                           


Sauce

1 ½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise 

1 ½ cup sweet chili sauce                                   

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

2 tsp Garlic powder

3 tsp. paprika                                               

1 tsp. black pepper                               


Pasta

1 lb. uncooked pasta

1 tsp. olive oil                                               


Meat

1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken cut into bite sized pieces

1 cup flour

1 cup cornstarch

2 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Seasoning Salt

3 eggs

2 cups milk


Preparation

                                   

1. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

2. Put eggs and milk in a bowl and mix well

3. Put Cornstarch, Flour, Paprika, Pepper, Seasoning Salt  in separate bowl and mix well

4. Place the uncooked chicken in a bowl and pour over egg and milk mixture

5. In a large pot of water, cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain.

6. Heat Deep Fryer to 375f or skillet with ½ inch oil or air fryer. 

7. Toss chicken in flour mixture til well coated and then cook in small batches till done. Place in separate bowl

8. Add the cooked, drained pasta .and ½ the sauce and toss

9. Slowly add the 2nd half  sauce mixture to the chicken in the bowl and toss until  evenly coated.

10. Place layer of pasta and layer of chicken in bowl or on plate

11. Enjoy!!

                   

Notes

Depending on how “saucy” you like your pasta, you may not use all of the mayo-chili sauce.
